Architecture

Four layers. One mission.

MerryVault separates capital, routing, execution, and risk into isolated modules. Every layer is on-chain, auditable, and bounded by hard limits.

Risk Engine
Capital flows from LPs into the CLV, is routed by the LAE into Strategy Modules under Risk Engine constraints, and returns as yield-bearing rLP. Bonds sit alongside each module and are slashed if guarantees break.
00

Core Liquidity Vault (CLV)

The single entry point for LP capital. Issues rLP, tracks accrued yield, enforces cooldown and epoch rules. All strategies inherit from here.

01

Liquidity Allocation Engine (LAE)

Continuously routes capital across whitelisted strategies according to risk-adjusted return, exposure caps, and depth SLAs.

02

Strategy Modules

Isolated, audited modules — AMM depth, delta-neutral basis, RWA-backed lending. Each has a max share, a bond, and a kill switch.

03

Risk Engine

Real-time exposure, oracle checks, slashing triggers and emergency pause. Governs bond release and depth violations on-chain.

Data flow

Everything on-chain, everything provable.

Deposits, bonds, allocations, slashes and withdrawals all emit signed events. Anyone can reconstruct the vault's state at any block — no privileged data.
